		<description>Charles that is a great point!  I have seen a number of people in my twitter stream recently posting to remind others to take 5 minutes out of their day to RT&#039;ing others.  I don&#039;t think 5 minutes is enough.  I think it should be an all day initiative.  Focusing on others is a sure-fire way to help one succeed in SM.</description>

In TV, the bartender is always listening to your problems. When you focus more on others in social media, I think you are more successful at building meaningful relationships.</description>
