I am a marketer. I am passionate about helping businesses focus on and improve the customer experience. Social media is not the end, rather the means. Search optimization is not the goal, it is a channel to leverage. Customer service is not an after thought, it is the red thread through the story. Every customer touch point is an opportunity to deepen the relationship between the customer and the brand.

I currently work at F5 Networks where I help our internal teams reach and more effectively engage with their customers through digital channels. I concentrate on content marketing, customer experience and search optimization, testing, SEM, and analytics.

Prior to my time here at F5 I was at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where I partnered with enterprise organizations helping them to better engage with their customers and improve the bottom line. I joined PwC as part of the acquisition of Ant’s Eye View – a boutique ┬ásocial business startup I joined in 2010. Previously I was the social strategist for the Casual Games group (GameHouse, RealArcade) within RealNetworks.

The industry is a great source of energy and inspiration for me so I try to give back as often as possible through blogging, speaking and mentorship.
